本周五（12月6日），氢燃料电池生产商 重塑能源 上市首日高开1.29%，报148.9港元，此前暗盘交易跌超8%。
公开发售阶段重塑能源获1.55倍认购，公开发售的发售股份最终数目为48.28万股股份，占发售股份总数的约10%。合共接获2411份有效申请，受理申请数目1875份，申购一手获配发H股份占所申请总数的概约百分比为56.81%。
此外，国际配售阶段重塑能源获1.33倍认购，国际发售股份最终数目为434.51万股，相当于发售股份总数的90%（任何超额配股权获行使前）。
重塑能源是一家中国领先的氢能科技企业，专注于氢燃料电池系统、氢能装备及相关零部件的设计、开发、制造和销售，并提供满足客户需求的氢燃料电池工程开发服务，令公司能够提供制氢及终端应用一站式解决方案。

根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2023年氢燃料电池系统的销售输出功率计，重塑能源位居中国氢燃料电池系统市场第一，市场份额为23.8%。

财务方面，于2021年度、2022年度、2023年度，重塑能源收入分别约为5.24亿元、6.05亿元、8.95亿元人民币，复合年增长率为30.70%；同期，毛利分别为6178.5万元、4982.3万元、约1.80亿元人民币。
