报告期末，公司已发行股份总数（不含库存股）为249,271,215股，库存股份数量为2,322,500股，两项合计251,593,715股，与上月底一致，股本规模保持稳定。同时，公司当月回购并持为库存的股份合计564,500股，涉及多日操作后转为库存股，对公司股本总数无影响。公司确认已满足香港联交所最低公众持股量要求。
