华润医疗(01515)于2026年3月24日发布公告称，公司董事会宣派截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股人民币0.084元。股东如无选择，股息将以港元派付，具体港元金额及适用汇率有待公布。
华润医疗预计于2026年6月15日除净股息，2026年6月16日16时30分为递交股份过户文件的最后时限，并将于2026年6月17日至6月18日期间暂停办理股份过户登记。股息登记日为2026年6月18日，股东可在2026年7月13日16时30分前选择将股息以人民币派发，但该安排仅适用于香港中央结算(代理人)有限公司。公司拟于2026年7月22日派发该笔末期股息。
