网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年3月10日发布翌日披露报表，公告披露当日回购股份并发行部分新股。
根据公告，公司于2026年3月10日在香港联交所场内回购普通股98,850股，每股回购价介乎港币148.2元至153.4元，合计支付约14,999,647.28港元，约占本次回购前公司已发行股本（不含库存股）的0.04574%。本次回购股份将持作库存股，回购完成后，公司库存股增至1,892,400股。
同日，公司根据首次公开发售前股份奖励计划行使期权，新增发行1,075股普通股，每股发行价为港币85.8元。完成上述回购及发行后，公司已发行股本（不含库存股）变动为216,017,073股。
公告显示，公司回购授权由股东大会于2025年6月25日通过，目前已累计回购1,560,850股，占当时股东大会通过回购授权日公司已发行股本（不含库存股）的0.718%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及相关法律规定，公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
