卓正医疗(02677)于香港联交所主板上市。公司日前公告，将在2026年6月24日召开的股东周年大会上，考虑并授权董事于相关决议案生效后，按不超过公司已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份）的10%回购股份。若公司当日股本未发生变动，最多可回购合计6,458,045股。董事会表示，此举将有助于优化公司资本结构和增强股东价值。
公告显示，回购的资金将来自公司内部资源，并在符合开曼群岛法律及上市规则的前提下进行。董事会指出，适时灵活地开展股份回购符合公司及股东整体最佳利益，资金安排及后续执行将综合考虑市场状况及公司经营需要。
公司同时宣布，股东周年大会将于2026年6月24日举行，过户登记将于6月18日至6月24日暂停受理。该回购授权在股东大会审议通过后生效，直至下届股东周年大会结束或被撤销之前，董事会可根据授权灵活行使购回权。
