Sisram Medical Executes HKD 39,964 Share Buyback, Reducing Free Float by 0.004%

Sisram Medical Ltd repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares on 9 October 2026 under its general mandate approved on 24 June 2026. The on-exchange purchases were executed within a price range of HKD 1.98 to HKD 2.00 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.9982. Aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 39,964.

Following the transaction, Sisram Medical’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined from 468.34 million to 468.32 million shares, a marginal contraction of 0.004%. The repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s treasury share balance to 20,000.

The repurchase represents the initial utilisation—equivalent to 0.04% of the 46.83 million-share limit—of the mandate granted by shareholders. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Sisram Medical is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 November 2026.
