National United Resources Holdings Limited (stock code: 254) published its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2025. The Group recorded revenue of approximately HK$103.78 million, up from around HK$84.74 million in the previous year. The net loss for the period was about HK$60.36 million, compared with a net loss of approximately HK$10.22 million a year earlier.

According to the report, the Group’s operations are divided into two principal segments. The car rental and shuttle bus business recorded segment revenue of roughly HK$41.60 million. Meanwhile, the information technology business, which includes services such as data analytics, cloud computing, and the sales of computer hardware, contributed approximately HK$62.18 million in segment revenue.

The Group noted that the car rental and shuttle bus segment continued to streamline its operations during the reporting year, including contracting certain low-margin services. For the information technology segment, the Group recognized stable revenue from system integration and data solutions. During the year, the Group disposed of certain computer equipment valued at HK$64.80 million and continued to assess potential new opportunities in travel, entertainment, and related markets.

As of 30 June 2025, the Group held total assets of around HK$564.55 million, while net current liabilities stood at approximately HK$128.30 million. The board does not recommend the distribution of a final dividend for the reporting year.
