QPL INT'L (00243) announced that the group expects to record a consolidated net profit of approximately HK$74 million to HK$78 million for the six months ending October 31, 2025 (2024: HK$11.3 million). Based on currently available information, the increase is primarily attributable to an unaudited net fair value gain of approximately HK$60.3 million (2024: HK$9.5 million) from financial assets at fair value through profit or loss during the period.
