亿腾嘉和医药集团有限公司（06998）于2026年7月24日公告，宣布在香港联交所场内回购普通股200,000股，约占当日公司现有已发行股本的0.01%。每股回购价介乎每股1.83港元至1.88港元，合计涉资约37.26万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数依然为2,014,041,774股，其中1,988,773,774股为已发行股份（不包括库存股份），另有25,268,000股作为库存股份。公司购回授权于2026年6月26日获股东大会批准，可回购股票总数为199,074,827股，截至目前已合计回购1,974,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.1%。
公司在公告中确认，前述回购事项已获得董事会正式授权，相关程序依照适用上市规则及相关法律规定进行。公告由联席公司秘书王千惠签署。
