3月13日，海伟股份（09609）发布盈利警告。根据对截至2025年12月31日止年度未审核运营数据的初步评估，公司预计：
1. 收入将降至约3.16亿元至3.58亿元，较2024年度4.22亿元减少15%至25%。\n\n2. 归属于公司股东的净利润将下滑至约0.45亿元至0.54亿元，较2024年度0.90亿元下降40%至50%。
管理层将业绩下行归因于两方面：一是国内市场竞争加剧导致产品销量及平均售价双双走低，拖累毛利；二是在港交所主板上市过程中产生的相关费用增加。
公司同时指出，上述数据基于未审核运营账目及初步估计，最终业绩有待审计师审阅及董事会批准。海伟股份预计将于稍后公布2025年度经审计的全年业绩，提醒投资者以正式公告为准，并在买卖公司股票时保持审慎。
