北京鹰瞳科技发展股份有限公司（“公司”）于2026年9月11日发布公告。公告显示，2026年9月11日，公司在香港联交所回购H股普通股15,900股，占公司截至该次回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数100,987,013股的约0.016%。本次回购价介于每股8.155港元至8.495港元，总金额约13.32万港元（即133,198.50港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数目为100,971,113股，库藏股份数目增至2,596,900股，合计股份总数维持在103,568,013股。公司于2026年6月26日通过回购授权，可回购股份总数为10,137,961股；截至目前已累计回购408,500股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股份总数的约0.4029%。
