融创服务控股有限公司于2026年7月24日公告，公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股20万股，约占已发行股本的0.0066%，每股回购价格介乎每股0.81港元至0.83港元，合计支付约16.42万港元（即164,230港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为3,027,973,000股，库藏股数目为0。公司此前于2026年5月22日通过股份购回授权，获准在香港联交所或其他证券交易所购回最多304,904,400股股份。公告显示，截至目前公司已依据该授权共购回28,504,000股股份，占购回授权获得通过当日已发行股本的0.93%。
公司确认，本次股份购回已获得董事会批准并严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。公告由公司秘书张晓明签署。
