China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 392,000 ordinary shares on 6 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The purchases were executed at prices ranging between HKD 2.90 and HKD 3.20 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 3.06. The total cash outlay amounted to HKD 1.20 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.04% to 1,047.10 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 33.42 million. The overall share count—including treasury shares—remained unchanged at 1,080.51 million.

The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 392,000 shares, equivalent to 0.04% of the shares outstanding at the time of mandate approval, have been repurchased under this authority.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 5 November 2026.
