首程控股有限公司（股份代号：00697）于2026年2月13日发布翌日披露报表，显示公司当日于香港联交所回购370,000股普通股，每股购回价为2.07港元，合计支付767,299.4港元。本次回购股份占前一交易日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0045%。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量变动为8,278,965,161股，库藏股数量增至120,912,000股，发行股份总数仍为8,399,877,161股。首程控股有限公司于2025年4月30日获得回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为728,485,544股，截至目前实质已回购160,658,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份的2.2054%。公司同时公告，回购股份后相关新股发行或库藏股出售的暂止期截至2026年3月15日。
公司确认本次股份回购符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律程序，公告由公司秘书陈咏梅签署。
