硬蛋创新（00400）7月16日公告称，公司已完成战略升级，由人工智能硬件分销商转型为垂直AI Token工厂运营商，并已累计签订超过10亿美元的意向服务订单，客户覆盖全球一线云服务供应商、具身智能公司及AI模型公司。
本集团已搭建垂直行业Token算力调度平台，将采用Token算力分成的盈利模式。算力基础设施以自有集群与海内外第三方算力中心“双轨”部署，并计划在中国境内外多个地点建设分布式算力节点。公司还将为合作方提供机房搭建、集群运维及客源导流等一站式支持，并向人形机器人及无人机行业企业输出轻量化Token算力服务。
董事会表示，公司已在垂直AI算力赛道建立先发优势，未来将持续扩张分布式算力节点并迭代行业定制化Token产品，力争把Token运营服务打造为集团第二增长曲线。
公告同时提醒，现阶段签署的逾10亿美元意向服务订单尚未转化为正式合同，相关收入确认将取决于后续服务协议的执行情况及当时业务状况。公司将按照香港联交所《证券上市规则》要求，在适当时候发布进一步公告。
公司呼吁股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
