ENN Energy Chairman Boosts Stake With Latest Share Purchase

Hong Kong stock exchange filings reveal that on September 1, ENN Energy (02688) Chairman Wang Yusuo increased his shareholding in the company by acquiring 150,000 shares.

The shares were purchased at an average price of HK$49.2697 each, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$7.39 million. Following this acquisition, Wang Yusuo's latest shareholding stands at around 396 million shares, representing a 34.98% ownership stake in the company.

The transaction involved a related party, Zhao Baoju. Additional details indicate that Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, was the entity that executed the purchase of the 150,000 shares, which accounts for approximately 0.01% of the company's total issued shares.
