Nordic Group secures contracts totaling about 70.3 million Singapore dollars

Nordic Group Limited announced on Dec, 4 2025 that its various business units have recently won new contracts with an aggregate value of approximately 70.3 million Singapore dollars.

The awards cover work for multinational and local customers in the marine, offshore oil and gas, petrochemical, semiconductor, infrastructure and security sectors. By division, the System Integration unit obtained around 11.1 million Singapore dollars in orders for valves, actuators, control and tank-gauging systems, plus electrical and instrumentation work—mainly for 25 vessels and one FPSO scheduled for delivery between the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2027.

The Precision Engineering division secured about 15.7 million Singapore dollars in machining and mechanical-assembly services, largely due by the second quarter of 2026. The Scaffolding, Insulation and Petrochemical & Environmental Engineering units together won roughly 32.7 million Singapore dollars in scaffolding, insulation and environmental-infrastructure maintenance contracts set to conclude in the third quarter of 2028.

Nordic’s Cleanroom, Air and Water Engineering Solutions division added approximately 4.5 million Singapore dollars in ad-hoc, maintenance and hook-up services, with most work finishing by the fourth quarter of 2026. The Structural Engineering and Construction Services division obtained around 6.3 million Singapore dollars in projects related to fuel-storage systems and a training facility; capital and ad-hoc portions are expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2026, while maintenance contracts span 45 months from Nov, 1 2025.

The company said the contracts are not expected to materially affect its net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the current financial year.
