Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (“Sunshine 100”) announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting have been published in both English and Chinese.

The full set of documents is now accessible on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.ss100.com.cn). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard copies enclosed with the notice.

The notice also restates Sunshine 100’s move to an entirely electronic distribution model for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in line with HKEX Listing Rules. Both language versions will be available online, replacing printed copies.

Non-registered shareholders are urged to provide functional email addresses to the financial intermediaries through which their shares are held to ensure timely receipt of future documents. Those preferring hard copies may submit a written request or email (ss100.ecom@computershare.com.hk) to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Any request for printed materials remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Enquiries can be directed to Sunshine 100’s hotline at +86 10 6506 0100 during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
