Artini Holdings Maintains 1.32 Billion Issued Shares in June; Confirms 25% Public Float Compliance

For the month ended 30 June 2026, Artini Holdings Limited reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital. The company’s authorised share capital remained at 300.00 million Hong Kong dollars, representing 6.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each.

The issued share count closed the month unchanged at 1,323,968,128 ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held. Consequently, total issued share capital also stayed flat.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, which stipulates that at least 25% of issued shares must be in public hands.

Under the existing share-option scheme adopted on 30 September 2024, the outstanding scheme mandate limit stood at 110,396,812 options as of 30 June 2026. No options were exercised, granted, or cancelled during the reporting period, and no new shares were issued under the scheme.

There were no warrants, convertible securities, treasury-share movements, or other equity-related arrangements recorded for the month. The company secretary, Wong Yun Fai, affirmed that all regulatory obligations and listing-rule requirements were met for the period under review.
