沃尔玛正与OpenAI合作，让消费者能够直接在ChatGPT上浏览并购买其商品。沃尔玛人工智能、产品与设计执行副总裁Daniel Danker表示，用户将能在ChatGPT内直接选购沃尔玛的商品，只需点击“购买”按钮即可下单。商品目录涵盖服装、娱乐、包装食品等来自沃尔玛及山姆会员店的产品。新功能预计将在今年秋季推出。生鲜食品暂不纳入此次上线范围，部分原因是消费者往往每周重复购买相同品类。
除沃尔玛外，OpenAI还与Etsy和Shopify达成合作，让ChatGPT用户能够购买这两大平台商家的产品。
