香港讯，华虹宏力（01347）9月30日公告，公司计划于2026年10月22日14:30在上海浦东新区哈雷路288号以现场＋在线形式召开混合式股东特别大会。
会议议程： 1. 审议并在获得上海市国资委、香港联交所批准后，正式采纳《新股票期权计划》，授权董事会为实施该计划采取必要行动。新计划及公司其他现行期权计划累计算入的可发行股份总数，均以大会当日已发行相关类别股份的10%为上限。 2. 在新计划获采纳后，拟授出不超过52,140,000份“2026年期权”。上述期权行使拟发行股份亦纳入前述10%总量限制，并授权董事会具体办理行权及配发。
其他事项： – 股权登记日期为2026年10月22日，公司将于10月16日至22日暂停股份过户。 – 股东可选择现场或线上出席，并须最迟于10月20日14:30前提交委任表格。 – 全部议案将以投票方式表决，结果届时在香港联交所网站（www.hkexnews.hk）公布。
