中远海控（01919）2026年5月19日发布公告称，公司于当日于香港联交所回购股份共计2,490,000股，约占公司当日现有已发行股本的0.0903%。本次回购每股价格在每股港币14.52元至14.68元之间，合计支付约3,640.97万港元。
公告显示，截至2026年5月19日，公司已发行股本为2,756,479,500股，库藏股数量为0股。上述回购股份尚未注销，将于后续完成相关程序。公司于2025年5月28日通过的购回授权批准其可购回不超过287,981,950股，迄今已回购37,375,500股，占授权通过当日本公司已发行股本约1.298%，剩余可回购股份计250,606,450股。公司同时表示，本次股份回购严格遵守相关上市规则和法规办理，并已取得董事会及监管机构的批准。本次回购后，新股发行和出售或转让库存股份的暂止期将持续至2026年6月18日。
