HUAYUEXPRESSWAY (01823) announced that Mr. Zhang Tinghui has been appointed as an executive director. Mr. Zhang is primarily responsible for the alcohol trading business segment and organizes marketing activities and promotional events, such as wine tasting events and promotional conferences. Executive director Mr. Fu Jiepin has stepped down as a member of the nomination committee, while executive director Ms. Liu Baohua has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee. Except for the matters disclosed above, the other positions of Mr. Fu and Ms. Liu on the board of directors remain unchanged.
