唯品会（VIPS）今日盘中大涨5.01%，股价创下今年3月以来新高。这波涨势主要受到公司发布的2025年第二季度财报超出市场预期的推动。
财报显示，唯品会第二季度实现净营收258亿元人民币，虽同比下降4%，但超过市场预估的257.9亿元。值得注意的是，公司第二季度调整后每ADS收益达4.06元，高于上年同期的3.91元和市场预期的4.00元。此外，第二季度商品交易总额（GMV）为514亿元，同比增长1.7%，超级VIP（SVIP）活跃用户数同比增长15%，贡献了线上销售的52%。
更令投资者感到鼓舞的是，唯品会对第三季度的业绩展望也超出市场预期。公司预计第三季度净营收将达207亿元至217亿元人民币，高于市场预估的206.4亿元。唯品会董事长兼首席执行官沈亚表示，公司正在推进内部变革，强化买手制好货能力，同时提升业务模式的独特性、灵活性及运营效率，以实现长期可持续增长。这些积极因素共同推动了唯品会股价的大幅上涨。
