SuperRobotics Holdings Limited released an announcement dated 30 June 2026 detailing key changes to its board and committee structure.
Executive director Feng Zheng and independent non-executive director Xue Wei have retired with immediate effect. Both confirmed no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.
The board appointed Chan Koon Fat, aged 47, as an executive director effective 30 June 2026. Chan brings over 20 years of capital-markets and finance experience, currently serving as CFO, company secretary and authorised representative of China Brilliant Global Limited and as an independent non-executive director of LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited.
Chan signed a three-year letter of appointment running from 30 June 2026 to 29 June 2029. Annual emolument is set at HK$0.12 million, determined by the board after remuneration-committee recommendations. According to the company’s bye-laws and GEM Listing Rules, Chan will hold office until the next general meeting and will then be eligible for re-election; subsequent tenure will be subject to rotation and re-election at annual general meetings. As of the announcement date, Chan holds no shares in SuperRobotics under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Following the appointment, Chan also becomes chairman and member of both the nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective 30 June 2026.
The board now comprises two executive directors (So Man Pan and Su Zhenhui), one non-executive director (Li Jiaqi) and two independent non-executive directors (Tam B Ray, Billy and Xu Guojun).
