根据公告，兴证国际金融集团有限公司(“兴证国际”，股份代号：6058)间接全资附属公司CISI Investment Limited于2026年1月27日及2026年2月6日，通过公开市场合计购入本金总额为1500万美元(约1.1775亿港元)的信托凭证，总代价约1500.459万美元(约1.17786亿港元)。
公告显示，该信托凭证由APICORP Sukuk Limited发行，债务人为Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation(以“The Arab Energy Fund”名义进行交易)，其本金总额为5亿美元，年利率为4.721%，到期日为2036年2月3日。此次购入的资金来源于兴证国际内部资源。
据披露，上述购入事项与此前的过往购入事项合并计算后，适用上市规则第14.07条下的其中一项百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此购入事项构成须予披露交易，须遵守上市规则第14章的申报及公告规定。兴证国际方面指出，此次购入有助于优化其证券投资组合，并在可接受风险范围内带来稳定回报。根据公告，该交易与公司整体投资策略保持一致。
