信和置业有限公司（股票代码：00083）近日发布公告称，公司董事会将在2026年10月27日召开的股东周年大会上，寻求授予董事会回购公司已发行股本最多10%的一般授权。根据公开信息，信和置业当前已发行股本总数约为9,586,141,247股，若获股东大会批准，公司最高可回购约958,614,124股股份。
公告显示，回购所需资金将从香港适用法律及公司章程允许的可动用资金中支出。公司表示，此次股份回购旨在增强股东回报，也有利于优化资本结构。董事会认为，这一计划符合公司及股东整体最佳利益，并表示在实施回购时将遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的相关规定。此外，根据公告，于股东周年大会上相关议案将以投票方式进行表决。董事会同时重申回购将不会导致公司公共持股比例低于25%。
