JIN MI FANG GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED has announced the appointment of Mr. Han Ning as an executive director, effective January 30, 2026. According to the announcement, Mr. Han, aged 44, has extensive experience in research and education related to ideological and political studies, law, and psychology. He currently serves as a senior lecturer at a state-owned public vocational college in Jiangsu Province, primarily responsible for courses in ideological and political education and law.
Mr. Han holds a master’s degree in business administration from Dalian Maritime University, obtained in December 2011, and is a level two psychological counselor in the People’s Republic of China. Under the service contract with the company, Mr. Han’s initial term will span three years commencing January 30, 2026, with automatic renewals for successive three-year terms unless otherwise terminated. His annual remuneration is set at HK$120,000, subject to review by the remuneration committee and the board with reference to the group's performance and market conditions.
The board highlights that Mr. Han does not hold any positions in other companies within the group and does not have personal shareholding or directorship in any listed companies over the past three years. The appointment is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the company’s articles of association. As of the announcement date, the board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Zhou Feng, Ms. Zhang Miao, and Mr. Han Ning—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Ho Lik Kwan Luke, Mr. Lam Lap Sing, and Ms. Lau Wai Hing.
