名仕快相（08483）9月23日公告称，根据与CWT Limited于2026年7月27日联合刊发的公告及2026年9月11日的综合文件，董事会自2026年10月5日起进行重要人事调整。具体如下：李相璞先生（44岁）及杨立超先生（41岁）将获委任为执行董事；钟锦先生（65岁）、彭浚铭先生（49岁）及施得安女士（56岁）将获委任为独立非执行董事。至此，公司董事会由原有的两名执行董事、两名非执行董事及三名独立非执行董事，扩容至九名成员。
公告披露，李相璞先生透过其全资实际拥有的BTY PT Ltd（持股1%）及由其设立并担任财产授予人兼保护人的XPFF Trust全资持有的XDQX ZZRS Ltd（持股99%），间接拥有要约人CWT Limited所持600,000,000股公司股份，占公司已发行股本的75.00%。李先生与公司签订为期3年的服务协议，年薪120,000港元；杨先生亦签订同期限协议，年薪同为120,000港元。独立非执行董事方面，钟先生、彭先生及施女士分别签订为期2年的委任函，年董事袍金分别为200,000港元、180,000港元及180,000港元。
