STGT reports latest progress on share buy-back programme

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Pcl (STGT) told the Stock Exchange of Thailand that it bought back 500,000 shares on Mar, 13 2026 through on-market purchases, paying between THB 9.35 and THB 9.45 per share. The transaction cost THB 4.71 million, or roughly 0.18 million Singapore dollars.

As of the same date, STGT has reacquired a cumulative 98,179,910 shares, equal to 3.43 % of its paid-up capital, for a total outlay of THB 797.72 million (about 30.09 million Singapore dollars).

The buy-back is being carried out under a board mandate approved on Sep, 18 2025 that allows the company to repurchase up to 220,000,000 shares, or 7.68 % of paid-up shares, until Mar, 20 2026.
