北京金隅集团股份有限公司（02009）7月14日公告称，根据初步测算，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月实现归属母公司股东的净亏损约19.5亿至23.5亿元；上年同期净亏损约14.96亿元。 扣除非经常性损益后，公司预计2026年上半年归属母公司股东的净亏损约23.0亿至27.0亿元；上年同期为约22.00亿元。 公司将亏损扩大归因于以下因素： 1. 水泥和熟料业务受行业整体需求持续下降影响，产品售价及销量同比下滑，成本费用下降不足以抵消售价下行。 2. 房地产行业仍处深度调整期，公司持续实施“稳利润、抓现金、调结构”，加快存货去化并推进精准营销。 3. 上年同期确认了发行华夏金隅智造工场产业园封闭式基础设施证券投资基金的相关收益。 主要营运数据方面，截至2026年6月30日止六个月： (i) 水泥和熟料销量约34.71百万吨，同比减少约7%； (ii) 房地产业务实现现金回款69.3亿元，同比增加49%；实现签约额59.6亿元，同比增加7%。 公司表示，以上数据为初步测算结果，未经独立审计师审计或审阅，最终业绩将在2026年8月份披露。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
