HUIJING HLDGS (09968) announced that Mr. Lun Ruixiang will step down as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective February 13, 2026. Mr. Lun Ruixiang will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director. The company has appointed Executive Director Mr. Lun Zhujun as the authorized representative, effective from February 13, 2026.
