HUISHANG BANK (03698) announced that on December 24, 2025, the bank received the "Approval from the Anhui Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration Regarding Wei Lixiang's Qualification as Director of HUISHANG BANK" (Wan Jin Fu [2025] No. 219). According to the approval, the Anhui Regulatory Bureau has granted its consent for Mr. Wei to serve as a non-executive director of the bank.
