2026年8月5日，澳亚集团（02425）公布截至2026年7月31日的股份变动月报。报告期内，公司已发行股份总数为980,648,356股，与上月末保持一致，未发生新增发行、购回、注销或库存股变动。公司确认已符合香港联合交易所有限公司关于最低25%公众持股量的相关要求。
根据公告，公司股份期权方面，AAG购股权计划于2024年6月5日经股东大会批准，上月底结存的股份期权数目为0，当月已授出4,080,000份，期末结存4,080,000份。该计划下当月未新增发行或转让库存股份，但如所有已授出期权悉数行使，最多可发行或从库存转让65,966,311股。
此外，AAG首次公开发售后受限制股份单位计划（于2022年12月5日采纳）授权限额为上市日已发行股份的10%，对应69,985,711股。该计划在2026年7月期间并未发行新股或转让库存股份，目前保留发行额度不变。
公告显示，截至本月底，公司股本保持不变，未有其他类型的股份变动。公告由董事及行政总裁杨库签署。
