多点数智有限公司（股票代码：02586）于2026年2月11日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所进行股份回购，回购数量为174,800股。
该次回购约占回购前公司已发行股本的0.019%，每股购回价区间介于每股8.56港元至8.75港元，总金额约1,521,033港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本变更为917,963,461股，库藏股数增至19,523,600股；两者合计依旧为937,487,061股。
公告显示，此次回购基于2025年5月23日批准的购回授权，剩余可回购股份上限为89,963,273股。截至目前，公司已依据该授权回购19,523,600股，占当日授权通过时已发行股本约2.1702%。根据相关规定，任何新股发行或库藏股出售将在2026年3月13日之前处于暂止期。公司声明已遵守所有适用的上市规则及法例程序。
