汇景控股（09968）3月20日晚间发布盈利警告称，经对截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审核综合管理账目进行初步审阅，预计本年度将录得约16.95亿元人民币的净亏损，较2024年度约8.01亿元的净亏损增加约8.94亿元。
公司指出，净亏损扩大主要受三方面因素驱动： 1. 受持作开发以供出售土地公允价值下降影响，计提的存货减值拨备增加约2.46亿元； 2. 投资亏损扩大导致其他开支同比增加约3.87亿元； 3. 所得税开支同比增加约2.07亿元。
汇景控股表示，相关数据基于管理层现时可得资料及未经审核的综合管理账目，尚未通过核数师或审核委员会的审阅确认。公司计划于2026年3月27日披露2025年度经审核的年度业绩，并提醒投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
