Impro Precision Industries Limited (IMPRO) released its unaudited business and financial performance for the three and nine months ended 30 September 2025. Third-quarter revenue reached HK$1,360.8 million, up 16.8% from HK$1,165.1 million in the same period a year earlier. Revenue for the first nine months stood at HK$3,810.7 million, up 6.8% from HK$3,567.6 million in the prior-year period.

Diversified Industrials revenue rose significantly, driven by gains in high horsepower engine and other sub-segments, while recreational boat and vehicle, along with the medical segment, also posted strong annual growth. Automotive revenue declined during the quarter. By geography, Asia registered a notable 33.5% year-on-year increase in third-quarter revenue, with the People’s Republic of China being a key contributor.

The chairman and chief executive officer described sales as solid, pointing to resilience in Diversified Industrials and Aerospace, Medical & Energy. Automotive sales were an exception, showing a downturn. Overall, the company expects a high single-digit to double-digit year-on-year sales growth rate for the full year 2025, while noting ongoing global economic uncertainties and geopolitical tensions.

Management emphasized that the figures in the announcement are derived from IMPRO’s unaudited internal records and have not been reviewed by external auditors. Investors and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when considering company shares.
