思路迪医药股份（01244）8月4日在港交所发布公告称，公司董事会根据《公司条例》（香港法例第622章）第16部规定，委任梁晶晶女士自2026年8月4日起出任公司在香港接收法律程序及通知的代理人，接替李菁怡女士。
公告同时披露，公司自2026年8月4日起将香港主要营业地点由原址迁往香港干诺道中111号永安中心16楼。
据公告，截至本公告日期，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事龚兆龙博士；非执行董事朱晋桥先生、周峰先生及陈雅雯女士；独立非执行董事李靖博士、连达鹏博士及刘信光先生。
