本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持2,014,041,774股，其中不包括库藏股的已发行股份总数为1,988,973,774股，库藏股数目增至25,068,000股。公司回购授权由股东于2026年6月26日通过，可回购股份总数为199,074,827股，至今已累计回购1,774,500股，占该授权通过当日已发行股份总数约0.09%。据此估算，公司仍可回购197,300,327股。
公司确认本次股份购回已获公司董事会正式批准，并已遵守上市规则及相关法律。公告由联席公司秘书王千惠签署。
