Shanghai XNG (03666) announced that on February 27, 2026 (after trading hours), the company and the placing agent mutually agreed to terminate the agreement in accordance with its terms. Following the termination of the placement agreement, all obligations of the parties under the agreement have ceased and been discharged. Neither party may make any claims against the other concerning any matters arising from or related to the placement agreement, except for any prior breaches of obligations under the agreement.
