Dow Futures rose 0.23%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.31%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.31%, reflecting a cautiously risk-on tone in overnight trading.

Nu Holdings shares jumped 5.77% in extended trading. Brazilian digital lender Nubank said on Wednesday ​it is not pursuing a ‌transaction with Monzo, after media reports had said Nubank was in early-stage ​talks to acquire the British ​digital bank.

Rocket Lab rose 2.77%. The company signed a multi-year agreement for 20 Electron launches with Synspective, its largest-ever commercial Electron contract, supporting Synspective’s StriX Earth-observation constellation and establishing a dedicated multi-year cadence for missions.

Constellation Energy climbed 2.74%. It announced a 20-year power purchase with Amazon that will enable more than $3 billion in upgrades and add about 190 megawatts of new emissions-free capacity at Maryland’s Calvert Cliffs between 2030 and 2032, covering 690 megawatts with a related retail supply deal across the 13-state PJM market.

Alphabet gained 1.70%. Google introduced its Gemini 4 Argon flagship AI model after months of delays, highlighting expanded capabilities including a 1 million-token output limit and initial restricted access to government and trusted defenders while broader availability is phased in, amid internal skepticism reports that Google says are inaccurate.
