PAN ASIA DATA H (01561) has issued a profit warning, indicating that its results for the six months ending June 30, 2026, will fall within a narrow range. The company anticipates reporting a net profit of approximately HK$1 million or a net loss of up to HK$1 million attributable to shareholders from its continuing operations for the period.

This expected outcome marks a significant shift from the corresponding timeframe in the previous year. During the six months ended June 30, 2025, the company recorded a net profit of around HK$9.47 million attributable to shareholders from its continuing operations.

The primary driver behind this anticipated fluctuation is a reduction in other income. In the prior-year period, the group recognised substantial one-off gains totalling approximately HK$10.17 million, which were derived from the deregistration of subsidiaries and the termination of leases. Notably, no such gains are expected to be realised during the current interim period, thereby exerting downward pressure on the company's financial performance for the first half of fiscal 2026.
