Great China Holdings Appoints New Company Secretary Following Yu Anne’s Resignation

Great China Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited announced that company secretary Ms. Yu Anne resigned effective 6 September 2026. The board confirmed that Ms. Yu has no disagreements with directors and no matters require shareholder attention.

To fill the vacancy, Ms. Chan Lok Tung has been appointed Company Secretary, also effective 6 September 2026. Ms. Chan is currently a manager at Universe Corporate Services Limited and brings more than seven years of experience in listed-company secretarial and compliance work. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong in July 2016 and is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute. Additionally, she holds a Practitioner’s Endorsement from The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Yu for her service and welcomed Ms. Chan to her new role. As at the announcement date, the Board comprises six directors: two executive directors (Chairman Mr. Huang Shih Tsai and CEO Ms. Huang Wenxi), one non-executive director (Mr. Li Zhizhen), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Cheng Hong Kei, Mr. Leung Kwan Hermann, and Mr. Kam Eddie Shing Cheuk).
