Wing Tai Properties Limited (369) announced on 21 January 2026 that it has granted a total of 3,014,000 share options (“Share Options”) and 5,745,500 share awards (“Share Awards”) under its share option plan and share award plan, both adopted on 23 May 2023.
The Share Options, valid for 10 years from 20 January 2026 to 19 January 2036, are exercisable at HK$1.89 per share. They include three batches with vesting periods of 12, 24, and 36 months, respectively. The Share Awards entail subscription for new shares at HK$0.50 each, with vesting periods ranging from 12 to 36 months.
Recipients of the grants include four directors of the company, with a combined total of 3,014,000 Share Options and 3,718,500 Share Awards, as well as other employees receiving 2,027,000 Share Awards. The company’s Remuneration Committee stated that it does not impose additional performance targets or clawback mechanisms, noting that the grants were awarded as part of bonuses, and the share price performance will reflect overall company performance.
