2025年12月1日，中国中煤能源股份有限公司（简称“中煤能源”，01898）发布截至2025年11月30日止的股份变动月报表。公告显示，期内公司无新增发行或回购股份，各类已发行股份数量与上月底保持一致。
根据月报，截至报告期末，公司A股（601898）注册股本为9,152,000,400股，H股（01898）注册股本为4,106,663,000股，与上月底均无增减变化，两者合计注册股本维持在13,258,663,400股。当月未涉及任何股份期权、购回及注销事宜。
中煤能源方面表示，截至2025年11月30日，公司总体股本结构保持稳定，所有证券发行及股份处理均符合香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律法规。此次公告由公司秘书姜群签署。
