重慶長安民生物流股份有限公司（股票代码：01292，股票名称：长安民生物流）8月21日公告称，公司英文名称已由“Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd.”变更为“Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd.”，中文名称及股份代号保持不变。
公告显示，有关更改公司英文名称的特别决议案已于2026年6月30日举行的股东周年会上获正式通过。随后，公司向重庆市市场监督管理局完成相关备案，且香港公司注册处已于2026年8月6日向公司签发《注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书》。根据相关法律法规，此次更名无需换发新的营业执照。
更名不影响现有股东权利，已发行股票将继续作为有效的所有权凭证，仍可用于买卖、结算、登记及交收。公司新发行股票将使用新英文名称。
此外，公司在香港联合交易所买卖的英文股份简称将由“CMA LOGISTICS”更改为“CM LOGISTICS”，自2026年8月27日09:00起生效。中文股份简称及现有股份代号“1292”保持不变。
