China Lit Repurchases Additional 0.02% of Share Capital; Cumulative Buybacks Reach 16.25 Million Shares Under 2026 Mandate

Hong Kong – 16 September 2026 – China Literature Limited (China Lit) reported a fresh on-market share repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 16 September 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 18.85 to HKD 19.16, for a total consideration of HKD 3.81 million. All 200,000 shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this latest transaction, 2.60 million shares have been repurchased between 2 and 16 September 2026 and have yet to be cancelled. Those earlier buybacks were executed at volume-weighted average prices between HKD 19.01 and HKD 21.44.

The company’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.01 billion shares as of both the opening (15 September 2026) and closing (16 September 2026) balances reported. The repurchased shares remain part of the issued share total until cancellation is completed.

Under the general mandate approved on 2 June 2026, China Lit is authorised to repurchase up to 102.15 million shares. As of 16 September 2026, the company has bought back 16.25 million shares, representing 1.59% of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 16 October 2026.
