捷利交易寶金融科技有限公司（08017）于2026年1月16日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所回购1,796,000股普通股，回购价在每股1.61港元至1.63港元之间，总金额约2,909,800港元。
本次回购约占此前已发行股本（724,192,000股，不含库存股）的0.25%。回购后，公司已发行股本降至722,396,000股，库存股增加至27,604,000股，合计股本总数仍为750,000,000股。
股东大会于2025年8月20日通过购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为63,071,200股。本次回购完成后，公司依据该授权已回购合计27,604,000股，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的4.38%。
公告同时确认，公司本次交易已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司上市规则及相关法律法规。本公告由执行董事刘勇签署。
