Attention all drivers! A change in domestic refined oil prices is scheduled for 24:00 on August 28th, with only one day remaining until the 17th price adjustment window of 2026.

According to institutional estimates, gasoline prices are projected to increase by 380 yuan per ton, while diesel prices are expected to rise by 365 yuan per ton. When converted to retail prices, 92-octane gasoline is anticipated to climb by 0.30 yuan per liter, 95-octane gasoline by 0.32 yuan per liter, and 0-diesel by 0.31 yuan per liter.

For an average family car with a 50-liter fuel tank, filling up with 92-octane gasoline after the adjustment will cost approximately 15 yuan more. Once the price hike takes effect, the retail price of 92-octane gasoline in most regions across the country will surpass the 8 yuan per liter mark.
