TI Cloud (02167) released its monthly return on movements in securities for the period ended 28 February 2026. The total authorized share capital remained at USD 50,000, with an unchanged authorized share count of 500,000,000 ordinary shares at USD 0.0001 each.
At the close of February 2026, the total issued share count stayed at 174,000,400, comprising 173,428,000 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 572,400 treasury shares. During the month, 44,400 shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 3.93 to HKD 4.11, all of which were held in treasury.
